2025: A year in review

This year, I’m most grateful for new connections | 3 min read

2025 was joyful, demanding, and full:

  • Building new connections–through communities and convos focused on maternal health, equity, and Minnesota's care ecosystem.

  • Stepping into a new role that aligns with my values: prevention-first, tech-enabled care that reaches underserved moms.

  • Taking on a new endurance sport: startup life while parenting two under the age of four.

Here are 5 LinkedIn posts that captured my year:

1.  “My blog is a top search result for ‘best books for new moms” (link): Finally centering moms as the main characters they deserve to be

2. “Joining Delfina as Director of Partnerships” (link): Working to raise the care experience for new and pregnant moms

3. “An early maternal health gift for mothers day” (link): New prenatal care guidance from American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists shifts care from crisis response to prevention.

4. "Postpartum Support International doesn’t wait” (link): My reflections from the 2025 PSI Conference in NOLA.

5. “I almost didn’t go” (link): Why the Women's Health Leadership TRUST community became a new version of real self-care.

I’m so grateful for the leaders, mentors, and those who made time to connect with me in 2025, especially during a season of career transition.

I’m also thankful for the LinkedIn community that reads, engages, and inspires my work—your support continues to fuel my advocacy and writing.

Looking ahead to 2026: I’m excited to keep sharing, connecting, and continuing to push for care systems that truly care.

Wishing you all a happy and healthy start to 2026 🌱
