I’m fired up. And I’m turning my mom rage into real change.

Mom rage is real. Here’s how I’m using mine to push for something better (and how you can too).

Why I do this work.

I’m a mom of two. A maternal health advocate. And someone who can’t sit still when the system keeps failing us.

I’ve lived the gaps and seen others suffer.

It’s not just unfair. It’s unacceptable.

What I’m doing about it.

Postpartum Support International

Mission

Supports moms by raising awareness of the emotional changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum—and helping them get the care they deserve.

My role

Local Support Coordinator

What I do (and why)

I’ve helped 80+ new moms in Minnesota and other states (Maryland, Nebraska, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota) find support in their community—therapists, support groups, and other mental health resources. I volunteer to help moms feel less alone and more hopeful about getting care they deserve.

Chamber of Mothers

Mission

Unites moms nationwide to fight for paid leave, affordable child care, and improved maternal health outcomes truly support new moms.

My role

Maternal Health Lead - Minnesota Chapter

Here’s the change-maker I identified most with at my first-ever Chamber of Mothers meeting.

What I do (and why)

I’m building a community action plan for maternal mental health—because every future mom in our Minnesota deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. I joined Chamber of Mothers to turn my frustration into action and connect with other moms in my community who are also fed up and fired up.

What it means to me.

This goes beyond advocacy. It’s community.

Through these organizations, I’ve found ‘my people’: moms who are done with the status quo and doing something about it.

Feeling exhausted, burnt out, and fired up? You’re not alone.

We’re not waiting for permission to fix this.
