Nancy was one of our best hires on our new and growing team. Despite being newer to the technology and value-based care space, she quickly established herself as a value-add teammate. Her ability to gather information quickly on an incredibly complex set of reimbursement policies, reporting metrics, operational processes and tools through her own research, conversations, and hands-on experimentation was impressive. She quickly became a respected, strategic voice on our team’s key challenges and how best to address them. 

Nancy was also the kind of teammate/leader who fully owns her role. She focuses first on the outcomes we’re trying to achieve as a business but doesn’t see herself as above any tasks that need to be completed to achieve that outcome. This not just makes her an effective individual contributor but puts her in a strong position to demonstrate and demand accountability from her peers and direct reports alike. The number of people who described working with Nancy as “phenomenal” and “such a breath of fresh air” cannot be underestimated.
