“What is Delfina’s superpower?”
A partner asked me this the other day, and it made me reflect on my own path in healthcare.
For 10+ years, I’ve built tech-enabled programs that helped primary care physicians and oncologists deliver better, more proactive care.
You know what the common thread for success was?
Data.
Capturing accurate, structured data.
Continuously analyzing it to drive behavior change.
Then, connecting it back to impact and payment.
All to help providers deliver the care they feel good about, help patients catch risk earlier, and reduce costly events like hospitalizations and ER visits.
That same obsession with data is Delfina super power. And it’s what’s missing in maternity care today.
Care is too often fragmented and delayed. We wait until something becomes a crisis.
We have a data and timing problem.
And that’s exactly what Delfina is solving for:

They’ve figured out how to marry data across the ecosystem–patients, devices, practice EHRs, and claims–to tell the longitudinal story of maternity care, from pregnancy through 1 year postpartum.
And that’s what proves the ROI of our model: that early intervention works and leads to healthier pregnancies, moms, and babies.
That’s what data makes possible.
